Very professional demeanor and approach about the roof inspection. Cesar was patient in educating me about my home’s shingle type and discussed the different types of shingles used in my neighborhood. He enlightened me on what he’d be looking for during the inspection making me feel comfortable about the process. Upon completion of the inspection, he gave me a good report on my roof’s condition and advised I may have a few years remaining. He pointed out a few spots to keep an eye on and to reach out to him if I see any changes. He also discussed weather phenomena to be aware of (non-hail events) that could damage my roof.
